At JobyFix we take your data privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

JobyFix is an application developed and operated independently. For privacy inquiries, contact us at monwebcreations@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide: • Your name, email address, and phone number. • Business information: name, city, phone, category, license, and logo. • Client records, service orders, and diagnostic photos you create in the app. We do not collect background location data or access your contacts, microphone, or camera without your explicit permission.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to: • Manage your account and authenticate your access to the app. • Allow you to record and view service orders, clients, and tickets. • Generate service documents (tickets, receipts) that you choose to share. • Improve the functionality and experience of the application.

4. Legal basis

Processing of your data is based on the consent you give when creating your account and, where applicable, on the performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR and equivalent provisions under applicable local law).

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers (us-east-1, AWS). We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Database access is protected by Row Level Security policies, ensuring only you can access your information.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (Supabase / AWS) under data processing agreements compatible with applicable protection standards.

7. Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as you maintain an active account. If you delete your account from within the app, your personal data and business data will be removed from our systems within 30 calendar days.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: • Access the data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data. • Delete your account and personal data. • Object to processing where permitted by law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at monwebcreations@gmail.com.

9. Children's data

JobyFix is not directed at children under 18 and does not intentionally collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us to have it removed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you within the app of material changes. The last updated date is always shown at the top of this document.
