These terms govern your use of the JobyFix app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
JobyFix is a tool to record work orders, clients, photos, inspections, tickets and invoices. You are responsible for the documents you generate, including their tax or legal validity in your country.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for all activity on your account. If you manage a team, you are responsible for the permissions you grant its members.
3. Subscription and payments
Some features require a subscription. Charges, renewals, free trials and cancellations are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. You can cancel any time from the store.
4. Your content
The data, photos and documents you record belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them in order to provide the service.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use JobyFix for illegal activity, to store content that infringes others' rights, or to try to access data from other accounts.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep copies of important documents.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JobyFix is not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will let you know in the app about material changes.
